    Please use the attached reimburse form for expenses incurred
    as part of your work with the Friends of Belle Isle Aquarium. At this time,
    all expenses must be pre-approved by the Executive Committee.
    Once FOBIA Committee work plans and budgets have been developed
    and approved, then the Executive Committee pre-approval will not be
    required. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
